We are now three weeks on Sicily... unbelievable really... where is the time gone...
We got our watertank, plumbing is on its way to be sorted... there will be a trip to Lidl on Monday because they are selling showers and things for the bathrooms...
Can not wait for most of it to be done... than the funtime and relaxing can begin... so far we have only been once to the beach... what a disgrace!!!

Amalfi coast / South Italy
We are now on the Amalfi coast little bit outside in a B&B still not as cheap as we would like but really worth it.... sooo beautiful here. Tomorrow we will drive down towards the place where we will take the ferry to Sicily. With any luck we will be at our house by the 17th of July.

Visit to my mum
After spending two days with my dad in Munich we are now with my mum and we are just about to make a bike tour. We will stay until Monday to miss the weekend traffic
Monday ferry and drive to Munich
We missed the ferry at 5pm but used the one at 6pm... car drives like a dream even though it is filled up to the last inch of space.
It took around 10 hours of driving time in total... a long day

Ferry booked
Our ferry is now booked for Saturday at 5.55 am and we will be in France by 8.25 am.... that might give us the change to make it to Munich in the day.

Preparation and Planning
Looking into Ferry prices, as we do not want to drive through the tunnel :)
It will cost 85 Pounds one way... not that we really want to come back any time soon anyway.
I have started to go through our stuff and put things in the car that we will not need over the next couple of days.
Planned departure is the 4th of July - independence day - if that's not a sign.
It will take 10 hours to drive to Munich, so I guess we will need to stay in a hotel before then.
We are planning to stay about 2-3 days in Munich to meet my dad. Then we are off to my mum for about 3-4 days.
